TAXES
When shipment occurs outside EEC, you do not have to pay VAT (German tax of 16% which is included in all sales prices on this site). In the shopping cart prices will be displaid without tax if you choose a shipping country outside EEC, including VAT otherwise.

INSURANCE OF SENDINGS
All sendings are insured against physical loss or damage. Check the parcel in front of the deliverer, if the packaging is hardly damaged we advice you to refuse the receipt, if there are slight damages like scratches or impacts please describe them on the receipt of delivery. Do not forget to keep a double of the receipt since it´s possible that otherwise the insurance could not apply.
CONSUMER RIGHTS - RETURNS
Within 7 days of receipt it´s possible to return an order or parts of it. Warning: All returns have to be accepted by our customer service before you send them back. Otherwise your return might be refused at reception. Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals and parts that belong to a set, in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Products returned incomplete, damaged or with any signs of use by the customer will not be accepted. In particular, we never accept a kite that has been flown, even if it was only done one time. Returns are made at your own cost and risk. Make sure that the shipping company provides an insurance for the parcel that covers lost and damage. Any return accepted by our customer service will generate a credit note or a refunding (upon request by the purchaser) to the profit of the purchaser, as long as we agree with the condition of the returned items. Only the price of the returned products will be refunded, not the costs for delivery and shipping. If the shipping was sent without the charge of transport costs due to the order volume we will make a charge for the shippings when we do the refund for the returned items. As long as the volume of items kept by the customer
are big enough to allow free shipping by our terms, we do not charge any shipping costs.
PARTIAL DELIVERY
As long as we don´t get any other instructions from the customer, orders are delivered complete without any backorders. If we notice that we can´t shipp your order in complete by the time we receive your order we will let you know how long it takes until we are able to shipp it. At this point of time you can still decide if you like to cancel the order or want to receive parts of it in
forward and keep the missing items as a backorder. your order once all ordered items become available. Backorders will be charged with shipping costs as long as the value is below the required amount of free shipping depending on the shipping region.
INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS
All pictures and descriptions are made by the thought of providing our customers with as much detailed and precise information as possible. Despite that it can occur that an error of description appears on a product. In such cases we always do our best to correct it as soon as possible. The photographs of the products are noncontractual. The prices, the descriptions and the colours of the products of our online catalogue are only given as an indication and may vary according to the provisioning and the economic conditions or situation. We cannot be held responsible for modifications on products sice the manufacurer can do these changes to his products without any notice to us. The products offered in this shop correspond to the lawful editions and regulations of Germany. Our responsibility could not be engaged in the event of nonrespect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the customer to check nearby the local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products.
